Materials Used:
- DK weight yarn ( I used Audine Wools Halo DK weight, 216 metres – 100 grams, 50% – Alpaca, 30% Wool – Merino, 20% Manufactured Fibers - Nylon / Polyamide).
- 55 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
- 5mm (US size H8) crochet hook.
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- Stitch marker

The pattern is
written in one size (M – 54 -56 cm (21.6 - 22.4 inches)) which will fit an average adult. You can
size the beanie up or down by changing a yarn weight as well as using a
different crochet hook.
Pattern Notes:
- The beanie is crocheted in the round.
- It is worked from the top down.
- Ch2 at the beginning of each round (except for the Round 22 – 27) counts as the first hdc.
- Join with a sl st. on top of the ch2 at the end of each round (except for the Round 22 – 27).
Gauge:
7 stitches x 5,5 rows = 5cm (2 inches) in half double
crochet.

dc4popcorn - 4 double crochet popcorn stitch – work
4dc into same stitch. Drop loop from the hook, insert your hook from front to
back into the first dc. Place dropped loop on the hook and pull through stitch.
