Crochet 6 Petal Flower Applique Free Pattern


This pretty 6 Petal Flower Applique is perfect for crafts and embellishing your projects. Crocheted flowers are just perfect for using up those little bits of yarn.

Written Pattern:

Size: The flower measures approximately 10cm (4inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy

Materials Used:

  • Sport weight cotton yarn, size 2.
  • 3.0mm crochet hook
  • Scissors
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.


Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.


Instructions:


Start with a ch4, join with a sl st. into the first ch to form a ring.



Round 1: ch1, 12sc into the ring.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.

 Ch1, cut off the yarn.
Join the new yarn to any stitch of the Round 1.

Round 2: ch1, 2sc into the base of that ch1, (1sc, ch9, 1sc) into next st.,
(2sc into next st., (1sc, ch9, 1sc) into next st.)* repeat 5 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.

Round 3: sl st. into next st., (1sc, 1hdc, 7dc, ch3, 7dc, 1hdc, 1sc) into next ch9 space,
(skip 1 st.,sl st. into next 2 sts, (1sc, 1hdc, 7dc, ch3, 7dc, 1hdc, 1sc) into next ch9 space)* repeat 5 times around.

Skip 1 st. join with a sl st. into next st.

Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.

Crochet Lace Coaster Free Pattern



Crochet coasters are some of the easiest projects to make. Now i have the Lace Coaster free crochet pattern so you can make your own coasters too.
This pattern is a nice project for your table or as a gift for any occasion. 
You can go up in yarn and hook size to crochet a bigger coaster.

Written Pattern:

Size: The coaster measures approximately 13cm (5.1 inches) in diameter.
Skill Level: Easy 

Materials Used:
  • Fingering weight cotton yarn, size 1 - super fine. 6 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 3.0mm crochet hook.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn Needle or Latch Hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain

Crochet Rose Flower Doily - Easy Free Pattern

Today  i want to share my Rose Flower Doily pattern with you.
I think this pattern might work very well for those who are beginners at crocheting doilies.

Written Pattern:

Size:  The doily measures approximately 17 cm (6.7 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate

Materials Used:
  • Cotton sport weight yarn
  • 3mm crochet hook
  • Scissors
  • Yarn Needle or Latch Hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet

Christmas Bell Decoration Free Crochet Pattern

Get your hooks out for this easy Christmas Bell Pattern! I've created this to help you add some holiday spirit to your home. πŸŽ„πŸ””
Use these cute bells as ornaments on your Christmas tree or as decorations anywhere in the house.





You can use any yarn and hook size you want.


Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain 
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
dc2tog - 2 double crochet closed together

ch3picot ch3, insert the hook into the base st., yarn over, pull the yarn through all loops on hook.

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.


Instructions:

Start with a magic (adjustable) ring, leaving a long tail for the hanging loop.

Round 1: ch3 (counts as a dc), 23dc into the ring. 
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3. (24)

Round 2: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch1,
(skip 1 st., 1dc into next 2 sts, ch1)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 3: sl st. into next st., sl st. into next ch1 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into that same ch1 space, ch2,
(2dc into next ch1 space, ch2)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.


Round 4: sl st. into next st., sl st. into next ch2 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into that same ch2 space, ch2,
(2dc into next ch2 space, ch2)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 5: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space,
(1dc into next 2 sts, 2dc into next ch2 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 6: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch3, dc2tog over next 2 sts,
(ch1, dc2tog over next 2 sts, ch3, dc2tog over next 2 sts)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sc (will count as ch1) into first dc.

Round 7: ch1, 1sc into that same sc (ch1) space of the previous round, (3dc, ch3picot, 3dc) into next ch3 space,
(1sc into next ch1 space, (3dc, ch3picot, 3dc) into next ch3 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.

Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.

To create a hanging loop, secure  end of the tail on the inside of the bell.

Frosty Drops Beanie Free Crochet Pattern

Today i am bringing you the Frosty Drops Beanie crochet pattern.
The best part about this beanie is that it works up fairly quickly and will keep you warm during the colder months.

Materials Used:

  • DK weight yarn ( I used Audine Wools Halo DK weight, 216 metres – 100 grams, 50% – Alpaca, 30% Wool – Merino, 20% Manufactured Fibers - Nylon / Polyamide).
  • 55 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 5mm (US size H8) crochet hook.
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors
  • Stitch marker


Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate

Size:

The pattern is written in one size (M – 54 -56 cm (21.6 - 22.4 inches)) which will fit an average adult. You can size the beanie up or down by changing a yarn weight as well as using a different crochet hook.

Pattern Notes:

  • The beanie is crocheted in the round.
  • It is  worked from the top down.
  • Ch2 at the beginning of each round (except for the Round 22 – 27) counts as the first hdc.
  • Join with a sl st. on top of the ch2 at the end of each round (except for the Round 22 – 27).




Gauge:

7 stitches  x 5,5 rows = 5cm (2 inches) in half double crochet.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. – slip stitch
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
hdc2tog – 2 half double crochet closed together
dc – double crochet

Round 18: ch2, dc4popcorn into next st.,

Rounds 23 - 27 are worked in continuous spirals without joining the rounds with a sl st.: 1sc into back loop of each st. around.

Use a stitch marker to mark the first or last stitch of a round to keep track.






Finish with a sl st. into first sc of the previous round.

Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off.

Weave in all ends using a yarn needle.
